Wilhelmina Models continues to build and diversify its brand. In June 2008, "She's Got the Look", a modeling contest series for women over 35 aired to a resounding success. A second season of "She's Got the Look" will air in June 2009 on TV Land, a unit of Viacom.

The Wilhelmina Artist Management division is one of the top in the industry representing superstars including Fergie, Natasha Bedingfield, Rebecca Romijn, The Veronicas, Justin Chambers, Zoe Saldana, and Estelle. This team specializes in securing celebrity-powered campaigns, image consultation, private brand licensing, endorsements, sponsorships and talent appearances. In 2008, Wilhelmina Artist Management division expanded into sports representing Andrei Kirilenko, Utah Jazz basketball player; David Leadbetter, Hall of Famer and world renown golf instructor; Allison Baver, two- time U.S. Olympian speed skater; and the W7, top LPGA women golfers.
